The Brightworks kids took a field trip today to the San Francisco Firefighters Annual Toy Drive warehouse in Bayview to help sort toys and make cards for the 20,000 needy children from all over the city who need a little love this holiday season. They wrote cards to children in hospitals and sorted toys by age and gender, giving their opinions on the right kinds of toys for seven-year-olds or twelve-year-olds, and boys or girls. They were at the warehouse for four hours and were able to help out a lot!
