Summer - The San Francisco Library
Summer Stride is the San Francisco Public Library's annual summer learning, reading and exploration program for all ages and abilities. This incredibly rich program invites engagement through activities, special events and even free books.

Download the incredible Everybody Reads Summer Guide, developed by Dr. Sheryl Evans Davis, Executive Director of the Human Rights Commission, which features creative activities inspired by several titles from the SFUSD Summer Reading List.
Track Your Hours
Begin your journey towards 20 hours of summer reading, exploration, learning and fun. After you finish your 20 hours, head to the library to claim your finishing prize, a 2023 Summer Stride Library book tote!
